This is precisely why the artists way frustrated me so much! It assumes a neurotypical and generally abled capacity. We need energy menus and somatic connection to making and the world around us not the streak tracking!

My nervous system is in deep repair/recovery mode and I feel like I'm getting to know myself and my body (the one I have today) for the very first time. I have no idea what my actual baseline is yet, but I'm starting to listen to what I need, day by day. It's wild. It's uncharted territory. It's also exhilarating.
